I am astounded to see how many dragons I have created over the years. Obsessed with dragons since a child, I created paper dolls of them. (The 1960s were not exactly known for toy dragons.)

Since then I have devised many draconic creations, utilizing a myriad of mediums and methods. The most well-known is the star of “Dragon Scales and Faerie Tales”. The baby dragon puppet has gone through a number of metamorphosis, plus we sometimes had to have 3 teams on the road during the busy season. It’s sort of been fun not having to repair a dragon for the past year.

Mama Dragon photo op. She was a walking, life size, “PARADE” character I took around the country in the 1980s. It took 4 people to perform. There was flap allowing a stilt walker to appear to be riding it. I would love to have pics of it in action.
