Holy hearts and romance! Celebrate Valentine’s with some self-love , but don’t go too far .
My performance “Vanity from the 7 deadly sins” started with me in a full gown, which I stepped away from revealing it to be a vanity dressing table, while singing “I feel pretty” and kissing myself in all the mirrors.
Two silly stories about this, – the first time I performed it, I traipsed out with the table that was disguised as a dress balanced on my hips as it was designed to do. I set it down and then it took 2 stagehands to get it off the stage. Another time, I discovered that the new “improved” version had a weird illusion in my crotch area that made it look as if you could see my nether regions. (Quel OMG!) So I took a bunch of white paper towels and stuffed them down the panties to change that. Not the most comfortable Sitch, but at least I wasn’t worried about people thinking they saw my naughty bits!
